How many women work in the MINT sector? What are the career opportunities for Young Women MINT Professionals (YWMP)? Answers to these questions are provided by the BMBF-funded research project MINTdabei as well as a five-part podcast series and a short YouTube film.
On behalf of the University of Siegen, Dr Rosemarie Kay and Dr Sebastian Nielen had examined the employment and income situation of young women in the MINT sector of SMEs in a partial study for the research project. These results are presented in the first episode of the podcast MINT-dabei.
