What future trends will the construction industry see? When will the upturn in construction come? At the beginning of April, Dr. Nadine Schlömer-Laufen, Ina Scharrenbach (North Rhine-Westphalia Minister for Regional Identity, Communities and Local Government, Construction and Digitalisation) and Anna Rzymelka (Instone Real Estate Development) provided answers to these questions in a panel discussion at the 2025 Real Estate Day in Neuss.
