Bio
Andrea M. Herrmann is professor of Sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Radboud University (Nijmegen). Before, she worked as Assistant and Associate Professor in Innovation Studies at Utrecht University. She was Associate Professor in Innovation Studies. She was a Marie Curie research fellow at Columbia University (New York) and a postdoctoral research fellow at the Max-Planck-Institut für Gesellschaftsforschung (Cologne). She holds a PhD from the European University Institute (Florence) and an MSc from the London School of Economics (London). Dr. Herrmann obtained several renowned research funds, including a Marie Curie IOF fellowship, an H2020 consortium grant (as work package leader) and an NWO Vidi grant. In her research, Dr. Herrmann studies institutional influences on incumbent firms, entrepreneurial ventures and workforces.
