Bio
Michael M. Gielnik is Professor of HR Development at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg since March 2015. He studied psychology at the University of Giessen, Germany, and received his PhD from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg. He had research visits at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa and was a visiting fellow at the National University of Singapore Business School.
